Standard products are shipped within 3-5 business days. The production time for personalized "design your own" products is 3-5 business days, after which they will be shipped. These times may vary during peak campaign periods (e.g., holidays, New Year's) and in cases of force majeure. You will be notified via email of any potential delays.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your order in real-time on the shipping company's website. If you are a member of our site, you can also see the current status in the "My Account" -> "My Orders" section.
If your order is still in the "Preparing" stage, you can contact us quickly at info@vornd.com for an address change. Unfortunately, once your order's status has changed to "Shipped," we cannot change the address. However, some shipping companies may allow for a branch pick-up change or redirection upon the recipient's request through their own customer service. For this possibility, you may need to contact the shipping company directly using your tracking information.
